This is one of my favorite cocktails. The combination of good whiskey and spices with the perfect subtle sweetness make Letters From Myanmar a drink I look forward to having before the excellent dinner at Teakwood.
Whole Branzino
The Whole Branzino was a highlight of the meal, so fresh, perfectly seasoned, and DEBONED. The tea leaf chimichurri was bright, flavorful and complimented the delicate fish wonderfully! Highly recommend you pair with some coconut rice. SO GOOD. We have always loved the tea leaf salad, so seeing the tea leaves on the menu in a different way we hadn't tried before made us very excited! Definitely did not disappoint.
